First time in. Last time in. If I could give a negative rating, I would. The Asian lady came from behind the checkout desk to follow me around this store. Literally. It was so obvious that when I went to the produce section, she perched herself on the open refrigerated case just arm's length away. Didn't ask if I needed help, didn't ask if I was looking for something specific. No, she was clearly there for no other purpose but to watch me. When I faced her and asked if she was just going to follow me around, she responded that they were closing soon. Offered no denial that she was, in fact, following me. Mind you, it was 6:30pm, they close at 7pm. Hours are posted on the front door. Had she come over and made an announcement of some kind, her actions may have been better understood. She did no such thing. Just followed me from isle to isle. Thank you for putting your ignorance on full display. I appreciate knowing exactly who I am dealing with. And before anyone says it's cultural or wasn't racially motivated, you'll have to first logically explain why she singled out ONE individual when there were SEVERAL other shoppers in the store at the same time. Its a very good store with a lot of variety from Asia, especially Korean items. Their prices are very good. The store is normal well stocked. A bonus are soap products and plates, and cooking utensils. Friendly and helpful staff.

Moved to the area recently so this is the most convenient Asian market for me. I stopped in to restock some items and get more for dinner. While it looks small it’s actually quite impressive. They don’t have as much fresh produce as the other store I would go to but they have plenty of options for other items like noodles, sauces, and meats. And even an extensive frozen food and kitchen items section. I also saw lots of cool snacks but I didn’t get any on my visit. Also so happy they have the beansprouts I always look for! The staff I did interact with was friendly and helpful. I happily got my items in a box to carry out and I can’t wait to go back!

Today, I visited this market for the 1st time. I was searching for the viral mango and peach ice cream. Found them !!!!! I was amazed!! Awesome customer service very friendly, They have anything and everything you want to find from Asia. I got a lot of things. They also were so kind to give me a styrofoam box for the ice cream since I was going a long way. Overall, I recommend it visiting them. THANK YOU FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙏 😊

Although Eastside Asian Market is a small place, it has an impressive selection of Asian products and snacks. Whether you're looking for unique ingredients or tasty treats, there's something for everyone. I finally had the opportunity to try a rice ball, and it was absolutely delicious! One of the staff members was kind enough to heat it up for me, adding a nice touch to the experience. The staff in general are very friendly, helpful, and create a welcoming atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back for more snacks and groceries. If you're looking for a good variety of Asian products in a cozy, friendly setting, Eastside Asian Market is a must-visit!
